I purchased a jacket from Mia Melon but had to send it back since it just didn’t fit right. I swapped it for a different style and size, but once again, it wasn’t to my liking, so I requested a refund. Tanya, the customer service rep I dealt with, was truly responsive and super helpful throughout the entire process. I didn’t manage to find a jacket that suited me this time, but I had a fantastic experience with their support team. I’ll surely return in the future. Big thanks to Tanya!!!

I tried on a Mia Melon lightweight jacket that belonged to a friend and was blown away by how nice the fabric felt, the quality, and the overall style. I figured I had to get one for an upcoming trip to Scotland... just a week away. Tanya was incredibly quick to respond and promised me she could have my favorite (the Lucia in aqua) sent out in just a few days. And she came through! Now I've got a gorgeous, functional jacket that I know will be a go-to piece in my closet (I should mention, I spend a lot of time in the rainy areas of Portland and Vancouver) for many years ahead.

If I had the option, I'd give it a big fat zero. I supported a project for a coat back in April 2021, and guess what? I never got anything. I reached out multiple times to the company through Kickstarter, email, and even Facebook... Not a single response. Seriously, steer clear of them; it's a total scam.

Beware of this company! I placed an order, and they claim to deliver, but nothing ever shows up. I've reached out multiple times through email and Instagram, but they just block me and don’t respond. I'm really unhappy with this situation. Honestly, I'd prefer to give my money to a charity instead of dealing with them. If Mia Melon is in need of funds, they ought to communicate that. Ignoring customers is just plain wrong!

As a backer of your Kickstarter project for the Sustainable Fashion High-Performance Wool Coats by Todd Listwin, I’m really let down. Not one coat has been delivered to me in Visp, Switzerland, and all my attempts to contact you have been ignored. This lack of transparency is quite disappointing.

Absolutely stellar support - Tanya, the wonderful owner, really went the extra mile to help me swap my coats. The products are top-tier. My whole family wears the Stella raincoats; they’re our go-to lightweight option - just right for the weather here in California. You won’t find a better raincoat anywhere. We totally recommend all their items!

Awesome Winter Coats. This is my second time buying this coat. The Stella is a fantastic mid/heavy weight winter jacket. Perfect for taking your dogs for a stroll in the park. The wind resistance is impressive. The dual zipper is super useful.

Snagged 2 awesome raincoats for a fantastic deal. I also picked up a tote bag, but I ended up returning it. The return authorization came through quickly.

I’m really pleased with how this jacket fits and its overall quality! It’s incredibly flattering and unique! Scoring stylish clothes that are both sustainable and ethical is a tough gig! This piece is such a steal and truly worth every cent! I was torn between Medium and Small, but I’m super glad I opted for the more fitted style - I’m 5'5" and weigh 135 lbs, and the Size Small turned out to be just right! It keeps me warm while still being breathable! Huge thanks for this! Couldn’t be happier!

I had to swap my coat since the initial one was a bit tight. With a trip on the horizon in just a week, they managed to ship it out super fast from the warehouse, and it arrived just in time. I bombarded them with questions about how the new jacket fit, and they were really helpful, which made it easier for me to choose wisely.

What a letdown! I’m just another backer from Kickstarter who put in a few hundred bucks years ago and still haven’t seen a product. I’ve attempted to contact them through different channels, but no luck at all. It looks like this is a common issue with Mia Melon. Seriously, don’t waste your money on this company!
